The Challenge
A strategic CPA / APM Terminals container-terminal project requiring local electrical and IT design leadership integrated with an international engineering team at CGR (UK). The challenge was to harmonize international design standards with Bangladeshi code compliance and deliver tender-ready documentation for a live, high-stakes port development.
Technical Scope
Lead Designer (Bangladesh) for the electrical and IT systems of the Laldia Container Terminal, coordinating with international design teams at CGR (UK) on behalf of the Chittagong Port Authority / APM Terminals. Responsible for design review, QA, and technical specifications across LV/MV power, lighting, earthing & lightning protection, and terminal IT infrastructure.
