The Challenge
A flagship commercial-banking facility in Gulshan demanded high system availability, efficient HVAC for continuous occupancy, and fire-safety and power-distribution systems matched to financial-services uptime expectations. Coordinating all four disciplines in a compact urban footprint was the design challenge.
