The retailer's Bangladesh supply chain needed consistent, investment-grade energy and emission assessments alongside practical capacity-building so factory teams could sustain decarbonization gains. The challenge was to scale technical quality across multiple industrial clusters on a tight programme timeline.
Technical Scope
Technical Lead – Bangladesh for a large-scale supply-chain decarbonization programme serving a major international apparel retailer. Led energy and emission assessments across factories in Dhaka, Gazipur, Savar, and Narayanganj; trained factory energy-management teams; and delivered investment-grade reports supporting the retailer's science-based decarbonization targets.
