Delivering a consistent green-supplier capacity programme across a diverse textile and apparel supply chain required scaling technical quality across many independently operated factories, while building lasting in-house capability at each site. The programme had to align factory-level improvements with the buyer's sustainability reporting requirements on a fixed programme timeline.
